Original lower intake I removed and sent to machine shop to remove busted heater hose quick disconnect piece that broke off at the threads.
They marred the threads a bit and I didnt know what else to do so I bought a brand new one.
Not sure if this can be salvaged.
I tried taking pics to show damage as best I could.

Over drill it and tap it
Then put a bushing

You could get it welded then re-tapped to the factory size thread
