The second row seats are different between Suburbans and the Tahoe/Yukon twins. The fronts are the same and will bolt right up, but the second row will need to be frame swapped.

I have a 1996 suburban that I bought for nothing cleaned it up mechanically but now I'm looking to swap the interior. I took some seats off a 1999 Gmc Yukon that are leather. It has heating to the seats as well but that's the least of my worries, will this be a direct swap or will I need customize anything?
Does your Suburban have memory seats? If the Yukon had memory seats and your Suburban doesn't, the driver's seat won't work without wiring modification.

Isn't the 99 Suburban/Tahoe the GMT800 body style? I had a 2004 and I always thought the 99 was the same...

Edited: Never mind, I don't know what I was thinking!
