1997 vortec conversion to 411 PCM

hey guys got a 1997 gmc sierra with a built 4l60e trans and my 383 stroker should be done next week. i went out and got my 411 pcm for the ol girl. i got the wiring sheet already but am confused as to what exactly needs to be done. my existing blackbox has different connectors and stuff. wondering if anyone could give me a heads up on this. any pics would be cool too. thanks
