Yeah, I'm actively searching for a 2wd Tahoe/Yukon or Suburban to lower, thanks to this build. Only problem is, I'm still set on wanting a tailgate model.

I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one this happens to! Dad bought our current 99 in Feb 2013 for $3K cash. If we'd paid another grand the lot would've financed it. Had 136K miles then. Don't remember what the first 99 Burb cost, we financed it through the credit union. We got that one in September 2005.

I'm trying.... But I'm broke. And Elise is my only modus transporti currently. And she needs massive amounts of repairs all at one time. So it's hard to save for another daily rig. Or project.
