I just needed to figure out something for the brake pedal rod.

The van's rod is a tad too short to thread the end. I have to cut and weld on the rod from the vacuum booster.

Looks like I need to be 11" exactly to center.

The van's rod was 3/8" so i drilled a 3/8 hole in the truck's rod.

Right now it's with a friend to get welded. I don't think my 110v welder would have gotten it hot enough so I'm having someone else do it.

I already bought new power steering pressure lines, so I just need some 3/8" p/s hose and a T-fitting for the return line to hook it up. Then decide what master cylinder to go with. The one in the truck was replaced with the wrong one (3/4 ton light duty). The heavier duty 3/4 ton master will probably work, or go with the one for the express van...
