when you did this swap with 3/4 ton springs did you have to do anything to the front suspension to make the truck level back out?

You can crank the torsion bars a little or if it has a block in the rear, you can remove the block to make it level again

thanks for the response. my 10 bolt is failing. one side locks up periodically and been thinking about the swap. and today when it locked up there was a loud pop. i know there is a bent shaft and bad bearings and seal right there. im not gonna invest the time or money in the dinky axle. i gotta find an axle now.

3/4 tons sit like 2" higher than 1/2 tons iirc
