Rock guard/boxliner on rocker panels?

Does anyone have any experience with this? i want to put rock guard spray on stuff on my rocker panels because my new tires kick up lots of rocks with the offset rims. I read alot of guys just buy the 3m spray on stuff and works good. Can someone give me some pointers on how to do this the right...

Opinions On Blacking Out Chrome?

I have a 98 GMC z71, been doing a few mods such as smoking tailights, smoked signal lights, painted gmc emblems. I was wondering how the trim would look around the body and wheel wells would look painted black or color matched? I was also thinking of putting box liner or rock guard on the rocker...

Found 3 cracks in my stock manifolds... thought itd be a perfect time to upgrade to some shorty headers. I've heard lots of guys on here buying the stainless ones from ebay and loved them. I would prefer a bolt on deal that requires no mods to the oem pipes (if theres even a set that can do...

Got a code P0420, figure it has to do with cats they are old as hell. Anyone use magnaflow cats before? i have duel flowmaster exhaust up to the cats and its time to replace them. 5.7l vortec

Replacing exhaust manifold

Found 3 cracks in my manifold yesterday, might tackle the job to replace it. Anyone have experiences with this? I'm really worried about cracking a bolt off while trying to remove the manifold

Lift kit preparations?

98 gmc sierra z71 with 240km (150miles), thinking about doing a rough country 4 inch suspension with 33 inch all terrains. Truck needs new shocks anyways and tires. Thing im worried about is the stock parts in my truck being able to withstand the lift ad I hear they can be hard on front end...

5.7L Vortec - Ticking Noise

I have a 98' sierra 240km on it, I have been having this ticking sound problem for about 4 or 5 months now. When i am going up a hill around 80 to 90kmh is when i can notice it the most. At first i thought it was rod knock, but when i lsitened closely it sounded like a tick more than a knock...
