I once bought a 1970 Chevy Monte Carlo that someone swapped a straight 6 and 3 spd manual into, dirt cheap. I coated it with cheap spray can undercoat to hide the awful body, and tripled my money, so maybe we're onto something.

At least that stuff probably fell off on it's own lol. Raptor isn't every coming off, that sheetmetal is gone to us.

Love the feed back. I used the tintable shoreline beige for the body and black for bumpers and fender flares. If you look at trucks that are done in black they show dirt and fade more than the beige. This is a rust free truck from Arizona and had severe sun damage and a cheesy western style pin stripe. Minor dents were filled with body filler and painted prior to spraying. Like the comments say black primed or lined trucks are everywhere so I tried to make it look more professional with two colors and a bed off spray with new mirrors, door handles and lights. Easy to be an ******* when you haven't done the work or invested the time and money. Please keep painting trucks that get scratched and ruined going off road I'll keep my Raptor. k3500 114000 miles 454 big block. Oh ya and I did it myself. Show me your paint that you did yourself.

I think I would have chosen a different color. And I would have matched the grill and bumpers. Otherwise, cool concept. If prepped and applied correctly, that lining will last as long as the truck.
Yes color will fade to a sand color and interior is tan. The grill will be black asap.

...thats awful. Though I'm worried you spent too much time masking that off as there clearly are defined lines between silver and gold. Good god
