Personally i like the the k2xx mirrors over the nbs ones. A lot more visibility and i think the squareness of the mirror matches the square body on our obs.

And you can buy them without lights, but they have the amber lense still that you could paint black.

Ebay, and you have to rewire the wires to get the adjustment switch to work. A guy posted how to but ive been to lazy to wire it up.

I'm trying to figure out which tow mirrors to get. The prices are all over the place, and I want to make sure I don't total crap since my Suburban is mainly our tow vehicle for the RV. I don't really care for the later styles with the integrated turn signals. Something that looks generationally appropriate would be best.

Here's a link to the tow mirrors that we carry for a 98 c2500. Our mirrors include a lifetime warranty, we also offer free shipping in the US.

Took over an hour, but finally got the passenger side mirror on. The wire in the door didn't extend up like the one on the driver's side seems to, and my fat hands didn't fit into the hole very well :banghead: Thank goodness my wife's hands fit in there to slip a string around the connector so I could hold it in place while plugging in the new mirror. Now all I have to do is put the door back together :boxing: I really thought I was going to drop a nut in the door too, but lucked out on that one.

It appears I have the same issue - my passenger side has no give at all. Not sure where or how I'm going to get at it.
