looks good man, i had a c1500 a few years ago - the 2wd GM trucks are DEAD reliable. i suggest you keep that thing around its great having a dead reliable truck around and there is very little to break on those things they run for decades lol
if you cant tell i wish i never sold mine
seems like you figured it out but heres my input
hard to diagnose from a discription but i will tell you what i do when i hunt down vibrations...
1. rebalance all wheels and tell the TECH doing it to tell you if he has any problems or if the tires are warped
If it only vibrates under braking...
the 6.0 truck is a monster!! I have been beating on it a little and found out that it has a locker :headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang: that thing has got some balls compared to my k2500 def not built as well as the older trucks tho

nice work man. how much work was it to pull the front fenders and paint the frame?
I am thinking about plowing my truck because i am unemployed going back to college at the end of the month and i could really use the money, but i wont do it unless i paint the rest of my frame
I think that if you are really towing that much weight you should look for a 8.1/allison regular cab long bed dually. The 2500 HD and 3500 frames in the 2001 and up trucks are FAR FAR stronger and better suited for towing big numbers. I think at this point it is clear that chevy underbuilt the...
