    I run 50 weight racing oil spring through summer no issues cold start 55 to 60 lbs pressure hot 45 at idle 50 t0 60 at highway speeds . 5.7liter with 194,### miles . You may want to at the least flush out the motor with something . Maybe invest in a new oil pump as a second to last option...
