    Got under there to check the driveshaft weights are still on the driveshaft, and I noticed the trans mount is just about flat. Probably original at 212k. Would a trans mount being bad cause the harmonics/vibration at certain speeds?

    1999 C1500 Suburban, stock suspension. New front and rear brakes. New U-joints front and rear, new axle bearings and seals. Still have a vibration that you do not feel in the steering wheel, do not feel it if you accelerate quickly through those speeds, or slowing down through those speeds...

    Thanks. The battery cables are new, and larger gauge than stock. Terminals are tight. I will check the battery with a multimeter today. I believe its a ground somewhere. Battery is new, two new Alternators... I hate electrical issues!

    I have a 1997 Chevy Tahoe 4wd. I believe I am chasing what could be a possible ground issue somewhere. The problem is while idling, the volts drop on the gauge and you can actually hear the engine load and unload when it happens. This happens even when the AC is off, so its not the compressor...

    Since Weathertech does not make second row mats for a gmt400 tahoe or yukon i was wondering if the second row mats from a gmt400 suburban or a gmt800 tahoe would fit the gmt400 tahoes? Thanks in advance

    3/4 ton calipers on 2wd Tahoe??

    So lot's of reading has lead me to understand that the 3/4 ton front calipers are the same as the Police/Ltd Tahoes. So I was thinking of upgrading to 3/4 ton calipers, Hawk LTS pads for 2WD 1500, new rotors for 2WD 1500's and a GMT800 Master. Am I correct on the 3/4 calipers with stock 2WD 1500...
