sorry to hijack an old thread.. but i cranked the bars 2" in my truck and just ordered some 2 inch blocks and i was wondering if you had 2 or 3 inch blocks in yours hunter? I'm just curious what it'll sit like
So my trans is slipping once I get above 4000 rpm in first or second at WOT. would my best bet is to change the oil and filter and tps and then go from there?
No need to buy new keys. Just crank up your factory ones and thatll give you the 2-3" that you want up front. That with a 3" block would look good with some 285 tires. Just my .02
I have a 97 just like yours and took the cats out and threw dual straight pipes on it and I'm still waiting for the cel to come on... It's been on before now and then so I know it works but it's not on steady.
How hard is it to install the 4" rcx kit? I'm leaning towards that or a block and crank now unless anyone has anything good to say about the 2-3" rough country lift
I want to lift my truck a few inches since I put new 285 tires on it. What does everyone think of the rough country 2-3 inch lift? Would I be better off with a block and crank the t bars? Pics of trucks with up to a 4 inch lift would be really appreciated, I'm just curious how they look so I can...
Am I able to fit 285/70-17 (33 ish) with 2 inch spacers.. on a stock 97 half ton? It's 4x4 of course I'm just curious if it would rub or not when turning or flexing. The t-bars are cranked about an inch
