Do GMT400's typically have crappy brakes, or is it just mine.
I found that in the early trucks like the 88-94s if you bypass the stupid wanna be abs hold off valve junk it makes the pedal better- BubbaZ71

Help identifying a brake-system part.
i had to bypass that on my 88 Due to the fact it failed and my pedal was soft.If you remove it your pedal will be right at the top and very responsive.You can bypass it but with the box being unplugged and the unit not in the truck you will get a brake light on on the dash.If you need info on...- BubbaZ71

when i was buying a fuel pump and gas tank straps for my 93 they asked what tank it was the 24 36 or some other size and they said the other size was inbetween the ralis in the rear of the frame when my spare tire carrier is...Must be this is the truck that has that gas tank..Especially with the...- BubbaZ71

Sport mirrors
I picked up a set of doors yesterday for the guts and they had the real small sport mirrors on em.They are black have some scuffs would need repainted.theyre like the ones on one of BHburbans truck.asking 35? plus shipping -

Tools to Carry
I keep my trucks well maintained and do PM and dont have issues *knock on wood* but in my toolboxes there is snatch strap jumper cables and in rear storage pockets pliers and two of each kind screwdriver..Also a 14'' chainsaw in my toolbox..a 9 led flashlight in the door pocket in case i have...- BubbaZ71

coolant drain plug
With yours being 4wd tyler plan to have a few pans ready the frame rail is right there along with a couple other ''runners'' for coolant to wander off..Ask me how i know!- BubbaZ71

8500 may be a little much depending on how much your trailer weighs also...8500 is the most ive pulled behind my 1/2 ton 93 that my tailer weight and an astro van..I wasnt going through the mountains either -

What Tires To Run On Daily Driver?
I have pro comp A/t's on my summer wheels for Bubba and pierllei scorpion at's on my winter wheels both greatt rubber both expensive but good tires..I had my procomps in snow last year and they were great- BubbaZ71
