My 5.7 with straight pipes.

I have straight pipes installed on my 1997 silverado. Take a look at the video. Some people hate them, some people like them. Let me know what you think. Honest opinions appreciated, i don't mind the hate. They are for me to enjoy, not to please everyone.

I love the sound of straight pipes. I wouldn't have them on my truck because I enjoy being able to listen to the radio but i sill love the sound of them

Holy crap that actually sounds worse than my truck with a burned out Magnaflow, headers, and no cats! You did it wrong though, I have a single 3" side exit that I can blat people with through their windows that they leave down. Puts a smile on my face every time.

I know, i like the volume, in just not a fan of the tone it produces. Any suggestions?

I have headers, a single DI/SO 18" MagnaFlow, and a 3" tail terminating in the stock locations. I set off car alarms with a blip of the throttle. It's fun.

I don't like the sound coming out of the truck in the video. Too raw.
