94 This truck belonged to my grandfather. When he passed it went to my dad. He wouldn't let anyone drive it. He passed away last August. I've been working on it a little here and there. It only had 45000 miles on it. So far most of what I've done has been tune up stuff.

New plugs
New wires
New distributor cap
New rotor button
New air filter
New fuel filter
New Pcv valve
New thermostat
New shocks front and rear
New 31 inch AT tires
Headache rack and toolboxes

The tires I just got today. I can't believe how much nicer this truck looks with slightly bigger tires.

I want to replace both bumpers. Rear has a dent. I'd love to find a front bumper with fog lights. I'd like to find a valance with tow hook holes and fog lights as well. I want to swap the mirrors for tow mirrors (preferably chrome). The tailgate has a bent corner and there is a tiny crease in one of the fender trim pieces.

It's a 5.0. Eventually id like a 350 but it feels criminal swapping a motor with such low mileage. I'd like to add headers, dual exaust and a cold air intake. The next thing I intend to do is swap the 3.08 gears for 3.73 with posi.

I also really want cab lights.

Nice truck!

I think you're on the right track with a gear swap and exhaust.

I also modified the headlights. I didn't like the idea of headlights without relays so I made a complete wiring harness that connects to the stock setup. I also did the 4 high beam mod while I was at it (diode)

I also intend to swap the Guage cluster for one with a tach. I added a b&m shift plus (electronically firming the shift). I am going to add a transmission cooler and do the corvette servo/sonnax super 4th mod this weekend I hope.

I want to remove the tape deck and install a nicer stereo. I MIGHT swap the seats to bucket seats and try to find a center console. I haven't decided on that yet because I'm a really big dude.

I'm going to a junk yard tomorrow to poke around.

I'd leave the 305 as well, at least its v8! There are plenty of upgrades you can do to make it put out more power than a stock 350.

Hey guys, I'm new to this. Which trucks came with lights in the bumper? I know it's fairly easy to find them in the valance but doesn't some have fog lights in the bumper?

I believe some Sport Trucks did, my 93 came with a color matching bumper with holes for lights, but didn't have any.

Yah. I want that with chrome. I found a site selling after marker reproductions. I may go that way. Having an oe bumper would be better though.

Good luck finding a nice OEM one! In this situation, aftermarket is the way to go. If you want it to last, you'd have to find one thats not a cheap ebay one though.

That's fine then. Do you have a recommendation? I found a site called LMC truck that has the bumper I want. What should my budget be? 200-300?
