Hey guys so im trying to put HIDs in my tyc fog lights i just ordered but ran into a problem. The HID is too long and it doesnt go in all the way so i cant secure it with the pin. Here are some pics. Any ideas on what to do here?

Try to see if any of the (red arrow) tabs bends up, to remove the bulb housing (yellow). If you can get it out, grind off the rivets (green) and the shield should pop right off.

If not, like Keepinitoldskool said - break out the Dremel and start grinding!

If you've already got everything else needed, you can usually pick up just the HID bulbs for around $10/pair on eBay. I had some 9006 HIDs in my PIAA fogs and swapped them out to the correct H3c 4300k HIDs and it made a huge difference.
