whats up guys, been a member on here for some time now not really an active one but figured id make a little build thread to share my truck. Im in southern cali and the singlecab truck scene out here is CRAZY, Hands down i think the nicest single cabs are out here. but any who here's my contribution to this. Truck was originally my dads he bought it new from the dealer back in 89 and was handed down to me early 2012 in February i wanna say after i totaled my 97 accord within 2 weeks of having it which was my HS graduation present. She sat in the backyard for 5 years since 07 when my dad bought a new 08 sierra CC, youll see some of it in the background of some pics. Well its been an expensive and headache filled road for a 21 year old but slowly but surely shes coming along. Onto the pics.

Coming back from a boxing fight pops was to drunk to drive so he let his "sober" friend drive and he went straight into a center fork on the freeway.

Finally after 5 years of sitting in the sun a new fuel pump, fuel filter, battery, oil, and some wheels got her running.

Come May, I drop her off to get a paint job, this was the last id see her every shade of black and gray lol.

Did the flip kit myself and rode around “cali Lean” with a 10” rear drop for a while but ANY bump my drive shaft hit my support beam on the bed so lifted it 2 inches with stock shackles.
These are with the 10” drop

and then the 5” front drop, 3” coils and 2” drop spindle. Also painted the corners to black

front tires rubbed so I had to get smaller ones, running 255/30r22 in the front and 285/35r22 in rear

Got new headlights and tail lights and this is how she sits now.

Now for the interior!
Havnt done much other than added q logic kick panels, changed the vinyl floor to carpet, and change headliner to black suede. Changed bench to buckets. Been through 3 systems, a crappy beginner one. An expensive high end one, and now im on a mediocre one. Want to do a blow through but dont have the cajones yet lol.

I had a Sundown zv4 10” inverted running off a soundqubed 2200, and image dynamics xs 65 component set ran active off a soundqubed 4-120, dual batteries, and upgraded 320A 6 phase alt. Spent $3.5k on that system to be unhappy and rip it out in a month. And sold everything. Now im running a 12w6v3 and jbl ms62c compnent set off old school rockford 1001bd and punch 500x.

yea it was nice if only my neighbor didnt have cats. they scratched the crap out of the hood, top, and bed cover. even the fenders have scratches from them jumping up. and yea the chrome stands out with the crystal clear hedlights and clear red tail lights.

Looks sharp. What rims are those?
thanks man they're the U2 55's
