Ok fellas here is my deal I have a 94 silverado that I was just gonna slap a body lift on and call it a day. with an add aleaf and full crank the wheels and tires I have don't fit. They are 15x10s with 33x12.50 wrangler duratracs. I am thinking that the body lift will be enough for the wheels and tires. However being that I have the money available now and would like to run bigger tires latter on, I thought i might as well pick up a rcx 6 inch kit. I hear that they are really a 5 inch kit and you have to crank for the last inch. I don't want to crank so do you think with the 3inch body and 5-6 inch suspension that the 33s would look decent. I have some used 35s in Bfg ats that I can get my hands on but would rather keep the new tires. Also I don't want to re gear just yet I am running 3.73s. I know I can get by with 35s but with an older motor and tranny I don't wanna push my luck. My main concern is looking like crap with 33s and to much lift. Any opinions and pics would be great. I am looking to order the kit sometime in Feb so I have a little bit of time to look around and get some ideas. Also I am not dead set on the rcx but they are the cheapest right?

15/33 on 6+3 would look wierd. especially on a 6+3.

My plan of action is the RCX 5" plus 33s and eventually 35s. Which is common. I just think a 6+3 with 33s would look wierd.

my truck is 3inch body a little cranking and adda leaf on 33x12.5 rims are 15x9. i think it looks perfect for amount of lift and tire. i could prob run a 35 i have the room but i think it looks good as is. also im running a 373 and it works perfect i couldnt ask for anything better. as far as the big lift on 33s i think if you had really wide 33s it would look ok but 35s are def better looking at that point IMO. good luck man!

yeah the guy that is keeping the truck for me while I am deployed thinks I should just paint it instead of lifting it more. Bigger is better right?

honestly man look at my profile and there is my 97 on 33s and then my 92 with 3 body 6 suspension on 35s....its really not that much difference. my 97 is still daily driveable and the 92 its just too big to drive everyday and just doesnt handle near as well FYI its got the rcx 6 on it. i love em both but the 97 is the perfect amount for handling and daily driving IMO.

this is 6 inches of rcx and 3 inch body on 35 1250s on my 92 chevy as you can tell the 35s will rub a little with alot of flex.
