I know what you mean on that, my GMC has had the exhaust redone probably 6 times, was never quite happy with it.

you can crank easily and get 6". When I got mine on, between tires and lift I went from 35.5 to 44" measuring at the top of my fenders

so the dc 6.5 can be cranked for how much more? from simply bolting on its 6.5?

I've heard with the 6.5 drop you can get 8-9 inches total with crank. The general thing is you can crank stock torsion keys anywhere up to around 3 inches or so, some get less. Some can get more I guess. One guy on here has 3 inch blocks and cranked to level, others have done 2 inch blocks, and honestly that's almost 4 inches in the front because stock the rear is about 2 inches taller then the front. Those are aprox. figures though.
