I'm undecided on what I wanna do with my 96 GMC Z71, I'm torn between doing crank to level, maybe a SLIGHT lean, and 285 SSRs OR Toyo M/Ts on 16x8s OR a 3" Body Lift, w/ Gap guards and Bumper Brackets and all that with 305s in the same brand tires.... Opinions Please?

Just a crank IMO but then again I'm not a fan of BL's, our trucks already show so much frame and BL's make that even worse.

I dont mind a body lift I really like mine plus with the gap guards they look even better. There cheap and with a little crank I think it gives our truck a nice stance on 33s. Like the truck in my sig. Id go for it.

you could possibly do 305's stock and just crank but a body lift helps make sure you can. I personally like body lift, crank, blocks and 35's. I can't crank mine that high, mines level and that's it.

i have a body lift and personally dont like it. they are a cheap way to lift but make the truck feel squeaky and "cheap" if you will, i would just level it or get a suspension lift.

I just wanna sit a lil' taller w/o spending a $1,000 to do it, and I don't wanna get into bigger tires than 33s cause I don't got the money for changing the gears and all that, I've seen some body lifted Z71s and IF DONE RIGHT.... (PAINT FRAME, LIFT REAR BUMPER, GET GAP GUARDS) They can look really good I decided for a couple hundred dollars extra for a bigger sized tire and a 3" lift I might as well....
