Got Torque App working, what does this mean?

I purchased a 1999 2500 Suburban with the 454/4L80E. I've been trying to figure out a weird rattle or pinging I've been hearing so I picked up an adapter and the app.

No codes were found but it shows this when you run a system test:

I wonder if you would need a new sensor. Looks like its a "little retarded" on its lean/rich switch counts. Its been awhile since I played around on torque
