I recently replaced a bad ICM and nothing has changed since then.
Any idea what this noise could be or where I should start to diagnose it?
I only hear it at idle and not under load.
The noise is present at idle in park, reverse and drive.

I have basic tools, a mechanics stethoscope and a garage to work in.

Tell me what you need from me. This is my only vehicle and it has to be working.

Ok the issue was the water pump for any future travelers trying to find the noise I had.
