    yes sort of. when u put the pedal right to the boards it just hesitates and feels like theres a realllly short rev limiter...

    yes. it goes from around 3,500 bounces back and forth up to 4,700

    i did replace the rotor, cap, wires and plugs and it obviousbly runs smoother but still feels like its hitting a rev around 3-4,000...

    could is possible be the exhaust is to big and theres no backpressure? the guy before me cut the stock exhaust off before the muffler and ran dual 3" straight pipes all the way out the back.

    My 1996 gmc k1500 has a weird thing occuring. after 3,000 rpms it feels like there is a rev limiter kicking in, could this be fuel pump? distributor? Its very weird and i want to get it fixed just not sure how to diagnose what it is...
