    Well my baby has been garaged since new and has always lived on the west coast. Lucky girl. So not much rust. My go to is clean with tsp, rinse, clean with naval jelly, rinse then seal with rust mort before paint.

    Did mine too about 15yeras ago and it is still good. It was a kit that color match great. It was a job to pull off all the plastic to remove old headliner and then clean. The 3m adhesive was a little tricky. You glue in sections, maybe a third at a time. Came out as good as factory but my...

    Thanks for this thread. Going to install my Bilstein's tomorrow. But did give all the nuts and bolts a squirt of loosen of up juice. Glad to see you did not drop the spare as it looks tight and my spare has never been removed nore do I know how to.

    Cooling system flush questions

    Interesting tread. Going to flush mine soon. Thinking will drain then pull thermosat. Flush and refill with prestone flush and drive around for a couple days. Flush again the drain and refill with coolant. How does that sound??
