I figured it out. I was my egr valve. I unplugged it and my engine hasn't had an issue since.

My obd1 connection does not work. Im going to have to rewire it.

I've replaced all the fuel system and I've cleaned the TBI but I still am bucking at any constant speed after going for like 5 min. Does anyone know what is going on? Any help would be appreciated.
