    Try applying pressure to them while tightening them, I always had good luck doing this with a prybar. Of course as said above clean threads will make a world of difference.

    I think the first two I tried I just couldn't quite get the lower part to come up off the steering box quite enough, I know it was close though. After that I just gave in and undid each steering box instead of pissin around. It was a nice day out and I had time to burn apparently..

    Not sure how everyone else is taking these out but I was unbolting the steering box after I took both the bolts out that held the shaft in, only way I could weasel the shaft out of there. Pretty sure they're all standard size as well, and some of the shafts had 7/16 and some were 1/2.

    I know for the price of the lube locker you can buy like 8-10 gaskets, or 5 gaskets and a couple tubes of RTV, but if you've got the 20 bucks this makes things really easy.

    No doubt, I love how easy it is and best thing is no waiting. I'm more than willing to work around that little clamp, and I love having 2 Low. I'm not sure on how it's blowing up diffs, unless it's a mistake in the install.

    Well, their "skimpy little clamp" as I call it gave way on this weekend and almost got my ass buried out on a sandbar. Either I did it wrong, or there's got to be a better way to clamp the end of that cable to the bracket.
