I was not aware of the higher pressure for the 454 Either, Believe the carter fuel pump I put in is rated 9-13 lbs…lol- StevenB

Haven’t got to checking the fuel pressure yet, assumed should be fine with the new pump and everything. Was doing the same thing before I did the pump also- StevenB

Yeah as far and the stumble and trying to die it’s fine when warm, still will pop in intake when warm though. I tried the carb cleaner around stuff and didn’t notice a difference but doesn’t mean there is a leak necessarily- StevenB

Iv got a 95 2500 454 with 230,000 miles on it, Iv put in new tps, map sensor, idle air control valve, rebuilt tbi, temp sensors, plugs, wires, cap rotor, coil, fuel pump, fuel filter. Runs good injectors spray fine but after start up will stumble and die about midway between cold and operating...- StevenB
