    LED Gauge Install

I just went with the 120 degree WLEDx bulbs for the door as they are very bright. The bulb sits so close to the clear lense it won't matter what you get.

If your putting them in a Chevy/GMC make sure you get the Relay Harness along with the HID Kit.

No, not at all.. and ill tell ya right now that the T1.5 socketed one's you bought will not work there. I never did my 95 so i can't comment on how to make it work.

    LED Gauge Install

The WLED-X5's are brighter then the stock bulbs. They match up perfectly with the T1.5's in the HVAC and the all blue led flip out DVD/MP3 Headunit i have. The x5's do not dim. I don't think any of the LED's dim using the stock dimmer. Anyone with some electronic background may be able to come...

Ok so the dude i got them off of on ebay actually was cool, he sent me new ballasts and extra bulbs for free and i paid for a relay harness. Since one of my ballasts still worked, i ordered a set of 9003 for my street bike also so ill have HID on it. Relay harness is the ticket, worked like a...

    LED Gauge Install

Ok got all my LED's installed finally. I have the WLED-x5's (blue) in the guages. No hot spots. Bright enough but not overbearing to where they glow in my face at night. Got all cool white festoon's and 194s in the doors and ceilings. Got the WLED-HP5's (cool white) on the floorboard at the dash...

How much brighter are the HP's? Are the guage's so bright they are distracting at night with the HP's? hard to tell by the pictures, though the pics you posted earlier you can see alot of rays it seems that the camera caught which leads me to believe they are really bright lol

Just got some HID's for the tahoe. Installed them. 1 ballast worked. I tested the working one on the other bulb and it worked so its not the bulbs. Both worked at first but one started to flicker like a strobe light then it quit working. I do not have a relay harness, would this maybe fix that...

    LED Gauge Install

This looks good to me. And you are correct on Headlamp Switch, it only takes 1 Neo4 bulb. When you put a blue bulb in the 4x4 engaged area it tends to blend in with the surroundings so it doesnt show up to well. I have a blue for the all on light on the shifter and then a red bult for the...

    LED Gauge Install

Hodges, I like this set up cause you got the white bulbs but since it has a blue tint it glows blue.. keeps the orange vibrant also with white needles. May have to consider finding an escalade gauge :)

1BadGmc i've actually followed your posts alot as the top picture showed the bulbs you were using and then other posts you explained exactly the same with the HP5 & 6's etc.. appreciate all the info. Even read your post on your suburban (i have a 97 hoe) so it was interesting :) Nice work! How...

    LED Gauge Install

New to the forum and so far one of my favorite forums :) I have read 21 pages of this tread.. Some have used the WLEDx-x 90 & 120 and some have used WLEDx-HP5 or 6 for the gauges. I seen alot of pictures but out of most of those pictures no one posted what they actually put into the gauges. Im...
