YES! The solution as the cycling switch on the accumulator. A ~$15 part on Rock Auto and it is blowing cold! Thank you for the help. This thread can be closed, solved.

No and no, although I have both. I did not do the orifice because I think it was done when the hose was replaced. The cycle switch just came in today. I’ll read through these diag tables and get back to you with the outcome. Thank you for the quick and thorough reply!

Hey gang: This is on a 1997 Chevy C2500 with a 5.7L. It has a new AC compressor, AC condenser, AC Manifold hoses (suction and discharge). After an evacuate and recharge, the AC blows ice cold for about 45 mins (driving or at idle) and the compressor clutch stops. When the clutch stops turning...
