I talked to a professional transmission shop today who has seen a very similar problem and he said the valve body could be gummed up or a spring in the valve body broke

Okay, I disconnected the MAP sensor and nothing happened. Would it be best if I just put a different transmission in the truck?

I was under the assumption that the place was very reputable but I’ve tried calling the place over 10 times in the past month since the problem started and it has been a no answer every time with no call back. I’m so lost on this transmission problem and have no idea what else to try. I had one...

3k since the rebuild, fuse is good, fluid looks good, smells good and it still looks brand new.

HELP NEEDED!!!!

I’ve tried manually shifting and nothing happens. I’ve got up to about 3k rpm and let off slightly and no shift occurs. I have replaced the tps sensor and nothing changed. And I do still have reverse.

HELP NEEDED!!!!

I have a 93 k1500 that does not shift out of 1st. I just had the trans rebuilt at the beginning of the year. I’ve replaced both shift solenoids, the internal wiring, and I’ve checked the external wiring harness for cuts and exposed wires. I’m not getting any codes for anything.
