Nbs 10.5 full floater rear axle swap??

I have got a 94 srw 3500 4x4 trying to swap the rear axle from a 03 2500hd with disc brakes. I know ill have to move spring perches and wms will end up 1.5-2” wider. Aside from that has anyone completed this and have any helpful insight or red flags? Ive searched relentlessly already and cant...

K2500 New body gmt800 frame swap

Im deffinetly with you on the quality of steel in 1500 gmt 800 but a 2500hd frame ismuch taller thicker and beefier then a 1500. Im not gonna do anything that starts out rusty either so thats outta the question. My 2 options are get a clean 93-00 k2500/3500 frame and box/brace reinforce...
