Most likely isn’t one then! I was just stumped that the 2 mm of clearance allows the pedal to move before contacting the push rod. Didn’t look right, but who knows, maybe it allows the brake switch to operate without engaging the brakes per se. Thanks again, appreciate it!- Brody

Hey mate, thanks for the reply. I've got a 1998 GMC Sierra 3500 Reg Cab (131.5" WB, 55.9" CA). GMT400. It is fitted from factory with the Hydroboost, and in Australia they were converted to right hand drive and used as Ambulances here between 1996ish - 2000 or so.
