Vacuum pump needed?
The truck is just something to go out and play on every now and then if I was driving it everyday I would have just built a regular 350 for it. The cam is fine for what I'm doing with it.- Wintergreen98

Vacuum pump needed?
I installed a bigger cam that doesn't have enough vacuum to run the brakes. Would an aftermarket vacuum pump and canister solve my issue or would I be better off converting to manual brakes? Also what pump would you recommend. P.S. I hope this is in the right place.- Wintergreen98

98 vortec carburetor swap
This is my current setup but the regulator is a little strange in my opinion. The guage reads really high but I hooked a pressure tester up to it and it showed the output at a little over 4psi- Wintergreen98

I replaced everything in the carburetor that come in a rebuild kit and adjusted the needle and seats. The motor was rebuilt as a 383 with a bigger cam. So I figured the 750 would do just fine on it.- Wintergreen98

When adjusting the regulator it doesn't flood anymore but its like the carburetor isn't getting enough fuel to keep the bowls full.- Wintergreen98

Carb swap questions???
I installed a 750cfm holley on my 350 vortec using the stock pump and a cheap ebay fuel regulator. I can barely adjust the regulator and it will pour fuel out the vent tube and shut off but if I adjust it the other way it doesn't get enough fuel to fill the bowls. 98 vortec carburetor swap
I put a 750cfm carburetor on my 350 vortec along with all the other stuff needed to do this swap but my carburetor pours fuel out of the vent tube right before it shuts off.
