'96 K1500 5.7 Crank no start, no changes.
when my (1994) truck died I thought it was the fuel pump, so I cut a hole in the floor, there was no way I was going to drop the tank by myself in below 0 temps + skid plate on the tank + bolts tend to snap when I unscrew something on this machine so the hole cutting was the only choice long...- wezmykat

'97 Suburban 1500 ressurection
the roof on my suburban is a mixture of bondo, permatex rtv, electrical tape and rust paint, all of them are black so they blend in real nice. from 10 feet away you can't tell it from the real thing, hey, it keeps the moisture and from the inside you can't the difference on the hood the rust...- wezmykat

option #1 : return the radiator, guy sold you something that isn't right redneck option #2 : use a small pipe cutter to cut any metal lines, very sharp knife for rubber hoses, get some correct diameter fuel line, zip ties, metal clamps, hose fittings and jerry-rig the whole thing back together...- wezmykat

Offsets vs spacers?????
There is nothing wrong with aluminium, just make sure your spacers are hubcentric and forged. I've used spacers on many vehicles at over 100mph and never had any issues. I went through this, the j-nuts snapped and would just spin and spin making them impossible to get out, I had to spend hours with pliers and vicegrips without success, if I remember correctly I had to shove a metal rod in there and make it bite into the nut to finally lock it in place allowing...- wezmykat

Hard to start - hunting & stumbling - only when cold.
I got a similar issue on my tbi 94 suburban Here in Montreal we get humidity from 15 to 100 and it dont make no difference. Temperature from -30 to 100+ as soon as it gets to be over 60 the issue is "gone" below that, the colder it is, the worse it gets. At -30 the truck will misfire every few...- wezmykat

doors rattle when hitting bumps in road.

you mean the weather stripping? i pulled it all out and stuffed it with styrofoam tubing to "fatten" it up, that did help a lot, video link: also, i know the electrical tape not a long term solution, but it's very inexpensive and it works, no it does not jam the mechanism, it just falls off...- wezmykat
