    Believe you can can just set "G0903 Cooling Fan #1 will turn on if the engine coolant temperature is above this value and the A/C is on". just put in a non-freezing ambient temperature setting in it. I think that would solve your issue.

    wow, while about 70-75% of the mileage issue has been resolved it it is hard to believe i am the only one with experience on this stuff. the remaining issues will be resolved in a few months time. and i can get my mileage back up to 18+.
