Somewhere the white wire is communicating with a "battery hot" wire. Either shorted together or a splice. Think back to when it started acting wrong and what you were doing to the truck in the same time frame.
Yes. I tried just a new o-ring, that didn't stop it. So, I bought a new pressure line and put it on, with another new o-ring. That is when I noticed the line had movement to it.
My truck pumped all of the fluid out of the power steering unit quickly.
I thought the pressure line had cracked in or around the jam nut
I replaced the line, refilled and pumped all of the fluid out again, quickly.
The line is loose after tightening the jam nut , as if the seat is gone inside...
