High Rough Idle all the time Help!

It runs pretty good on the highway, I can't feel the vibration at higher speeds. I very new to the TBI motors, I didn't know the TBI has a mass airflow sensor. Where is located and I'll clean it?

High Rough Idle all the time Help!

I have a 90 Chevy C1500 5.7L TBI When I start the truck it idles up and has a vibration in the motor. When its in drive with the brake held it idles normal but with a slight vibration. I replaced the cap, rotor, plugs (gap set to .035), wires, fuel pump, cleaned the IAC and reset it, sprayed...

Nice! You need to rub some plasticX on the lens and it will clear it up and take some scratches out

How to Replace oil filter adapter gasket & o-ring

About a month ago my O-Ring in my fitting started leaking so I replaced the fitting and noticed the o-ring was wider and thicker. With this being said I will revise my write up. I would buy the new fitting, it has a o-ring inside it already. I bought a Dorman from Advance Auto Parts...

You will have to slide the gray plastic cover up on the shaft to see the rag joint

Agreed! Do it right do it once! Just go to a salvage yard and pull one and flush it with brake parts cleaner and blow it out with some high pressure air.

So, I think I have a problem

Once you locate the sensor in the gray housing the wire should be at the top, trace it toward the steering wheel and you will find the plug. Be careful not to break it when you unplug it.
