    1998 GMC CCLB Body mounts??

Hello all, im getting ready to start gathering up parts to start restoring my '98 1 ton this spring/summer. This truck has been great to me for the last 10 years of ownership and I want to give her the restoration she deserves. She's been a Maine truck since day one and its starting to show. Im...

My new to me: '99 CCSB Diesel!!!

As skylark said, f code has no egr, catalytic converter, and has 20:1 comp vs the s code at 22:1. Mine has the soot trap that is commonly mistaken for a cat. I believe the f code in '99 is 220hp and s code is 190hp

My new to me: '99 CCSB Diesel!!!

Oh yeah, if this is a conversion its a damn good one. The original owners name is in the manual along with the diesel supp book. The truck was bought new at o conner gmc, about an hour from me. At the time it was the biggest truck dealer in maine. I even have the stanadyne recall notice in the...

My new to me: '99 CCSB Diesel!!!

Thanks Andy! its got 203k on it. The real reason for getting it was to help keep the miles low on my 1 ton, I will do everything necessary to bring it back to stock. I really don't have any plans on building it.

My new to me: '99 CCSB Diesel!!!

Hello all, I just wanted to show pics of my new project! My 1999 classic crew cab diesel! Now I know the 6.5 diesel has a bad reputation and I'm expecting some chattering about what possessed me to purchase one. But in all honestly its been on my wanted list for a long time. My grandfather had 3...

    My 1988 Stepside, "Golderado"

Nice ride! I will be honest, im not a lowrider fan, but yours is sick! If that was mine she'd get corvette side pipes and 5 slot rallys. I probably would entertain modding my truck if it was in a differant state, conditio wise. But where this one is nearly mint and original i dont have the heart...

    My 1988 Stepside, "Golderado"

There really not that bad, i love big steering wheels, like back in the old "armstrong" steering days lol. I want a wheel out of a 60-66 chevy truck for mine, i love the design, gm truck wheels are splined like ours all the way back to the '55 (2nd series) trucks. But the 55 and 56 wheels need...

    Another early 400 saved!!

We brought our suburban to have a service done on it about 4-5 months ago and i looked at some trucks just to kill time. And i found two matching RCLB w/t's, plain radio, 2wd, 17" steelies, black grill, vinyl floor, and bench seat, and 262 v6. The window tags were 28k. Like you said, not bad for...
