1998 k1500 wont start cold if i leave it outside all night i
I have a 1998 1500 4x4 5.0 problem is it doesn't like to start if I leave it outside all night if I leave it in the garage it starts no problem just has problems when it real cold out I've checked the fuel pressure I've changed the temp sensor ,distributor cap- freddog

4l80e transmission problem solved
I posted about my 96 to 97 4l80e swap well 96 -97 trannys are a little different mainly the cooler line location everything else is a direct fit well the problem was the tranny sat for a couple years out of the truck before I installed and after installation I filled the tranny but it seemed...- freddog

TRANSMISSION SWAP 1996 TO 1997 4L8OE
I HAVE A 1996 K 2500 I SWAPPED THE 4L8OE OUT FOR ONE OUT OF AN 1997 K 2500 4L8OE AND I NOTICED A COUPLE DIFERENCES FIRST THE PAN SHAPE BOTH ARE 17 BOLT PANS JUST DIFFERENT SHAPES ALSO ON THE DRIVERS SIDE ABOVE THE GEAR SELECTOR THERE ARE 2 SENSORS ON THE 1996 THE 1997 HAS ONLY ONE THE OTHERS...- freddog
