    Are you guys forgetting that with Vortec heads you will no longer be smog legal. Here in cali you would be asking for all kinds of trouble.

    How many miles have you put with the supercharger on your truck, and what kinda power and torque would one expect with 5psi?

    Will the accumulator take out any moisture in the system if i dont vaccum it down before adding new refrigderant? I can get a variable orifice tube and an accumulator for around $50.

    MSD coil issues

    I had one on my 95 Camaro Z/28 and i had alot of intermittent misses and a stumbling idle issue. Replaced it with a OEM one and all the issues went away...ran the stocker even with a forged 383 with 125 wet shot for over 70 passes down the strip.

    Open element air filter 350 TBI

    Im going to play devils advocate here and say that with an open element the air temp is going to be the same as stock unless your driving down the freeway or its cold outside. Where i live it gets around 105+ and i can tell you for sure with a stocksetup that air is very very hot from the engine...

    Ive built 3 LT1 350 engines for my 95 Camaro when i use to drag race it now i know it's not a TBI 350 but its the closest thing i can compare for you. First and original motor was a 160k mile stocker it averaged around 16-19 in town and about 22 on the highway..and it ran a 13.6@102mph at Famoso...

    Well ticking can be an exhaust leak or a loose rocker arm or even a stuck lifter.

    Driving my 93 suburban k1500 today and noticed my tach had stopped working..all other gauges worked fine and no cel truck appeared to be running perfectly normal. Drove another 40 minutes and then went to eat so i shut the truck down for about 15 minutes. Upon restarting it the tach had resumed...

    What kind of mileage do you get?

    In my town here in the central valley of California we have stoplights/signs all over the city so i only average around 10-11 if im babying it. Highway is much better at around 15 at 60ish @ 2k rpms. Im running bone stock with 245 tires.
