Lights not workng

I let them down till the key wax almost touching the bracket and my upper a arm is still sitting on stop

Torsion keys with 3 jaw puller

Has anyone ever changed out there torsion bar keys with a 3 jaw bearing puller? Any advice? And is a 2 ton pulled strong enough?

Last night I put a custom dash panel in my truck, afterwards when I went to crank it it would not start. I am pretty sure that I activated the past locks if anybody has any extras suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. I checked and I have fuel pressure and spark starts up as soon as it gets...
