Just checked: YES, it is enabled. If you click Trans -> "Shift General" tab You should see a option under "General" called "Perf Option" and it'll be set to "One switch" if you have tow/haul.

The shift tables for "Performance Mode" in the "Shift scheduling" tab are the tables used after you've clicked the button. BE CAREFUL IN THOSE!!! I once accidentally had my trans banging between 2nd and 3rd after a download trying to accelerate hard and tune. Wasn't very excited about that... so triple check your stuff if you mess around.

I'll give you my latest tune and you can test out my shift points and see how you like them when you come. They may not work well as your speedo and etc is probably still off? I don't think you did that yet, did you?

Also, what VCM editor version are you running? I haven't updated past 4.8.7 . You should be able to read my files but if I edit something for you then you won't be able to simply download, you'll need to copy/paste everything.
I'm not sure what version it is actually, I'll check that tomorrow, I have not been able to get it to read the vehicle to modify the tune any, I could have sworn I had it all opened up at one point but I could be mistaken.
I need to throw a few more parts on tomorrow but once I get that knocked out I'm going to try and get the VCM editor connected to the truck

Well ran out of daylight and time, I leave at 10:00/10:30 tomorrow, thought that replacing the brake switch would've fixed my lockup/cruise control but no dice, guess I'll have to replace the multifunction switch when I get back.

I'm hoping it doesn't get absolutely horrendous mileage, I'm not expecting much though. I'm practically dragging a f_cking house behind me and 55-65 miles an hour

Well, so far so good, except for the loaded misfire coming back. Can't go over 2500 rpms or it misses, I'm suspecting the coil/ICM still.

Leaving out from my buddies place this morning he said I couldn't resist snapping a quick pic lined up with his truck and camper

Well if it wasn't for bad luck I wouldn't have any kind.
Made the trip, aside from having to stop twice to let the truck cool off, and misfiring half the trip, I now have a leak in the rear; don't know if it's the pinion seal or wheel seal.

Almost lost my waste water tube on the camper since the cap is missing, and I broke a leaf spring. Didn't even realize it was broken until I got to the campgrounds.

Damn, that sucks.

Any idea what your timing was doing while pulling?
