zz502 in the 95 burb??? Practical?

I was strolling through summit, online of course, the zz 502, is that torque curve too high for my intended purpose, it seems to me it is but I don't know too much. 567ft lbs at 4200 with 502hp at 5200

would this even drop in the burb and bolt to a 4L80e? By a shadetree mechanic??

It depends on your "intended purpose".
If your looking to build a street/drag Suburban, then hell yes, drop it in...........but the 4L80E won't live very long behind it.
If it's your daily driver or tow pig, then the ZZ502 might be a little much.

Look for the HT502 for a daily driver/tow pig. You can also go with one of the 454 crate engines.
A lower torque curve is what's needed for a DD/tow pig.

That is pretty high in the range for towing or anying but if its a mud truck or street strip truck sounds fun! But your gona need to build the 80 E
