Unless you've done something to the stock body mounts, yes.
Do the extended cabs use 6 Cab Mounts, not counting the Radiator Support?

No problemo.

Mine are Hankook Dynapro M/T's. I frikn LOVE them so far. Super quiet and smoothe. Haven't wheeled on them yet but I'd bet they'll work great.

Im not sure. These bodymounts wont lift my truck up at all right ?

They wont lift it. They are the exact same height as the stock Body Bushings.
You can't use them if the rig only has 4 Cab Mounts though. They're Hydraulic and intended to replace the rear most Cab Mounts on a Crew Cab, but could do the same on anything with 6 Cab Mounts.
You can't use them on a rig with only 4 Cab Mounts, they would just squish down, and not float like they are designed to.
