Okay so i got this 94 and just wondered if a 2-3" suspension lift would fit some 315/70r17 Hummer tires

Well it does need the shocks replaced anyway since it still has the stock ones. (old owner didnt take very good care of it)
Also how big do these tires measure?

width of rim u use will determine it when its on the truck

the backspace and width of the wheel come into play as to whther it fits or not.

If you are thinking of getting a 2-3 inch lift save your money, stock torsion bars can be turned up that far and if they cannot your bars are sagging and need changed, then just buy you a rear block or add a leaf.

i wouldnt go 3" on the bars, but they can be turned up 2" or so

as it was said before depends on the rims. the tire size wont be the issue.
