Will Bilstein 4600 shocks work with front coil spacers?

I just bought a 1997 C2500 rclb and it needs shocks all the way around (leaking won't pass inspection). So I'd like to get the Bilstein 4600 shocks, but I also want to put 2" front coil spring spacers to level the truck. Will these shocks work with the spacers? It seems like choices are very limited if I look for an actual 2" lift shock for the 2wd.
