Will a hard tonneau from a 2000 fit?

Trying to see if a hard tonneau from a 2000 standard bed fit my 92 standard bed?

It will probably "fit" but it might not be perfect

I think they're the same width, but the newer bed is slightly longer. Like 1" I think.
