I need a new power steering pump soon on my 99 K1500 Sub.. I would like to upgrade to hydro boost brakes someday but I'm not quite ready to do that yet. So, my question is can I install a hydro boost steering pump and run with vacation boost for now and then later install the hydro booster and MC? If so, what is the part number of the pump I need? Or, what year and model?
