I'm getting what seems like rotational vibration from my drivers side front wheel area. Its a lot worse when I have my foot off the gas or braking, moderately better when I've got my foot on. My first thought is a bad bearing, but anybody else have any other ideas as to what it could be?

Jack up the truck and grab the tire at the 12 and 6 position, and push and pull to check for play in the bearing. That will yell you if it's the hub bearing.
You could also have a warped rotor.
